Delegate Capito moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 3405 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §48-27-505 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to changing the time period of a protective order or protective language to one year; and allowing a protective order or protective language of longer than one year if the family court finds, after hearing, that extraordinary circumstances exist.
